ENHANCING TECHNOLOGY TRANSFER: Jotto, JOINT OFFICE OF SCUOLA NORMALE AND IMT LUCCA PARTICIPATES IN “BORSA DELLA RICERCA” FORUM ON MAY 17-19, 2016
Jotto first public event is approaching. The joint technology transfer office between Scuola Normale Superiore of Pisa and IMT Lucca, will take part in the seventh edition of the “Borsa della Ricerca” Forum, an event conceived to promote contact between the world of university research, start-up companies, investors (public and private), held in Salerno, 17 to 19 May 2016.
One on one meetings are scheduled for Jotto representatives to meet potential public and private partners with whom explore the possibility to conduct collaborative research programs or learn about current opportunities to improve intellectual property system of the top three universities that have created Jotto.
Four Sant’Anna School spin-off companies (Wearable Robotics Srl, Better Than Real Srl, Technodeal Srl and 3DNextech Ltd.) and the Biology Laboratory of the Scuola Normale participate in the “ Borsa della Ricerca” meeting, that will present their activities in the session dedicated to the pitch deck of May 19th .
The “Borsa della Ricerca” is promoted by the Fondazione Emblema, which aims at encouraging the development and enhancement of human capital, in particular through joint initiatives between the world of work and higher education, the training programs and research, as well as the development of entrepreneurship.
